Easter

WOW ... it has been a while. I will have to make several updates to catch up. I will start with the time around Easter. My parents came for Easter weekend. My brother and his family were also around as my sister-in-law's parents live close-by. It was fun to be able to hang out with Sylvia and watch as she and Caroline are getting closer and closer to being able to play together and interact a little more. Caroline is everywhere these days and makes me laugh so hard at how she copies anything and everything the twins do. She is very, verrrrry social and silly and so full of herself!! She says around 10 or so words but mostly is still a "point and grunt" type kid. She makes a few animal noises. She can follow orders (if she is in the mood) and seems to understand most of what we say. She is so BIG compared to the twins at 22 pounds (50% for a 15-month-old) and I can't remember the inches but 75% for height! She can identify some of her body parts and loves to show us her tummy or her "beh buh" (belly button.) She stuck her finger up my nose today and said "no" (for nose.) She is getting there! She probably feels a bit timid since the stream of chatter from her sisters is seemingly constant. The twins are good. They are now wrapping up school and dance lessons for the summer. I have them signed up for an art camp and a cooking camp. We have a small trip or two on the horizon but I plan to lay pretty low for the summer as they will go to school 4 days a week next year. I will get on with some pictures ...

While my parents were around, we took the girls downtown to enjoy some sunshine, water fountains and Italian Ice ...

Here is Sylvi! She and Caroline had some fun playing and they took a bath together ... hope they will be good playmates! Sylvi will have a brother soon ... so exciting!

Looks like the Easter Bunny came to see the girls!

Hanging with Coop ... she loves to crawl around in his bed ... gross ...

In this picture she was trying to put a necklace on him ... he kept moving around and she could never catch him ...

Pretty girls enjoying the spring flowers ... this is Hannah ...
